What are your memories worth? I believe that looking back on your wedding pictures 10, 20, 30, or even 50 years from now, you should be able to remember the excitement of getting ready, the butterflies in your stomach as you are about to walk down the aisle to the man you love, and all the emotions from your special day. Hello, my name is Jennifer Campbell with JKC Photography. I have always looked for creative ways to express myself. From an early age, I learned to play the violin, which I enjoyed for a long time. With time I have sought other outlets for my creativity. I found that photography provides a release for this creative energy. I was inspired by my grandfather who was a ships photographer during World War II in the South Pacific and who held to his love of photography throughout his life. I seek to take the inspiration I received from my grandfather and develop my love of photography into a true art. I am originally from North Carolina, now living in north central West Virginia. My husband and I, along with my cat, recently moved to West Virginia. My passion for photography has resulted in the creation of JKC Photography. I capture the beauty and wonder of the love that surrounds those God has brought together. I love to record moments in time that will be remembered for a lifetime. I use my lens to portray the raw emotions of the day, whether it is the mother of the bride helping her daughter get ready for her wedding, a tear running down the father's face as he gives his daughter away, funny toasts given by guests, children playing, or the send off as the Bride and Groom leave to start their new life together. I enjoy interacting with the wedding party and guests to capture the fun and excitement of the day while producing natural looking and elegant portraits. With a blend of photojournalism and traditional styles, my passion for photography, storytelling, and personal attention to detail, I will ensure that your story is preserved. I bring a fresh, no pre-conceived ideas attitude to each wedding. portrait session, or event.
